Transitions can feel like you are riding on a freight train that is out of control or an earthquake that is shaking the very foundations of your life.  The most common reaction to a major transition in life is to hold on tight and pray you survive.

But it doesn’t have to be like that.  With some guidance and the right tools, you can choose life instead of strife, choose joy instead of “Oh Boy!” and choose laughter instead of disaster.

Having personally experienced over 100 major life-changing transitions like career changes, moving my home or the loss of a loved one, I have worn out more than my share of “been there, done that” t-shirts.

The thing that has helped me through these changes has been The Freeing You From The Goo Process I developed without even realizing it.

If you are struggling with a transition or two in your life and would like to know how to transform it from a burden into a bonus then I encourage you to CLICK HERE to find out more about Transitions Coaching and The Freeing You From The Goo Process.
